	What does Valuing People Say about Quality? Good quality services that promote choice and inclusion for people with a learning disability. There should be a quality framework.
	What are we doing now? We do not have a quality framework but we have done some things to check quality. Click here to see the BILD Quality Review for North and Mid Devon. We have checked services for some people using Participatory Approaches. We are checking the quality of residential services after the Cornwall Report in 2006. We are making sure that the inpatient services meet all the standards of the Health Care Commission. We are making sure that the people who have a service from Fulfilling Lives get the choices they want. We are finding out what people from other cultures think about our servcies.
	Targets for the future? We need to make sure we check the quality of all our services by finding out what people who use them and their carers think. We need to work with providers to make sure that the services they provide are good. We will make a plan and framework for the Learning Disability Partnership Board that says how we will check quality.
