BILD Quality Review

The BILD (British Institute for Learning Disabilities) Quality Network Review for North and Mid Devon is now available.

Training and Courses for 2008

Total Communication Foundation Courses will be available again in 2008. The courses are suitable for parents, friends and carers of people with a learning disability.  Cost £15 (free for unpaid carers).

A one day Signing Workshop will also be available. This is suitable for parents, friends and carers of people with a learning disability who have already attended the Total Communication Foundation Course.  cost £20 (free for unpaid carers).

SHAPE TRAINING

The Learning Disability Partnership Board is supporting a new project to develop Service User led training in Devon

Lynne McDonagh, Robert Hawken - Co Chair of the Partnership Board, and Devon People First have come together to form the SHAPE Project (Service Users Help All the People get Educated).
