Meeting Dates 2025-2026

  • February 24th 2025 11:30am-12:30pm and 1:00pm-2:00pm Board members were told about work done to make it easier for people to apply for concessionary bus passes and had a presentation by the Reaching for Independence Team.

  • June 16th 2025 11:30am-12:30pm and 1:00pm-2:00pm Board members were able to ask a Disability Lead and Reaching for Independence Manager questions they had on TECS. TECS is short for Technology Enabled Care and Support. There was also an update from the DIVAS on the new service that was being set up in Devon. DIVAS are women with learning disabilities and/or autism who have survived domestic abuse or sexual violence.

  • September 19th 2025 11:30am-12:30pm and 1:00pm-2:00pm: There will be an update from the Arranging Support Team on work done to create easy read guides to managing a direct payment. There will also be a Q&A session with the council’s new Deputy Director of Integrated Adult Social Care – Operations.
  • December 8th 2025 11:30am-12:30pm and 1:00pm-2:00pm: New travel leaflets requested at the February Board will be shared by a Team Leader for Integrated Public Transport. There will also be a discussion led by two Business Change Managers on how to apply for an adult social care assessment.
  • February 23rd 2026 11:30am-12:30pm and 1:00pm-2:00pm: Agenda to be decided
